21st annual Lamb's Retreat For Songwriters.
Back this year to be on staff for week one of this unique workshop/retreat for songwriting along the north coast of Lake Michigan. Along with me will be Laurie McClain, Claudia Nygaard, Pierce Pettis, & Edie Chase Carey.  And of course, our intrepid director, John D. Lamb. This is a seriously cool Fall event for songwriters.  On day one you will get a personalized themed assignment for a song you will write by Sunday.  On Sunday late morning we all share our songs with each other in a supportive, no-judgment zone.  In-between assignment and fulfillment, there are workshops, mentor sessions, performance slots, great food, nature walks and a great view of Lake Michigan from the cozy Birchwood Inn on the scenic road on the bluff above Harbor Springs.  I can boast I was there on staff the first annual, and this will be the 21st. Must be doing something right!
