As part of the annual Buttermilk Jamboree, I will again this year be part of the Big Bill Broonzey tribute, this year on Saturday at 3:30.  The festival runs all weekend, and tickets vary accordingly -- campgrounds available.  This is a late add for me, so I'm not on the posters, etc. and will not be doing a show on my own this year, just part of the BBB tribute and round robin, with Ralston Bowles, Rev. Robert Jones, and others. http://www.buttermilkjamboree.org/

MARCH 6, Friday, Livonia MI
A special night at Trinity House Theater, 8pm.  A double-bill show with Red Tail Ring, an exciting new-time old-time duo I have done shows with before. Plenty of great songs, both trad and original. Lots of guitar picking, banjo picking and fiddling. Trinity house is a small gem of a theater in an historic building tucked in the shadow of a modern cloverleaf exchange in Livonia, just outside of Detroit proper.  Literally a step back to the 19th century. And I mean literally. $20, $17 for subscribers.   http://www.trinityhousetheatre.org/
